I am considering working as an Uber Eats delivery driver in order to save money.
Some orders may contain non-halal foods such as pork. I would not check the contents of the orders or intentionally deliver prohibited food; I would simply pick up and deliver the orders. However, Uber Eats allows drivers to opt out of alcohol deliveries, and I would disable alcohol deliveries.
Is this work permissible if I do not check whether an order contains non-halal food, provided that I refuse alcohol deliveries? Or would I be required to check every order and refuse any order containing prohibited food?

All praise is for Allah and there is no tawfiq or good except by Him. It is permissible for you to pick up the food and deliver it without checking its contents, while also refusing to deliver alcohol. May Allah give you tawfiq. Allah knows best what is correct.
